Return & Refund Policy

At Vrindaa, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


Return Window

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice (if requested)
  • Returned with all accessories and certificates (if applicable)
  • The original product tag must be attached and intact.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product size is incorrect.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the product.

Please Note:
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, the shipping charges for return and re-delivery (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products.

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong size.
  • You wish to exchange your jewellery for another available size or product (subject to availability).

Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.


Return Pickup

For eligible return requests, Vrindaa will arrange a return pickup whenever service is available in your location.

If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to our return address. In such cases, our support team will provide complete instructions.


Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days after approval.

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and security reasons, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The jewellery has been used or worn.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • The jewellery shows signs of scratches, breakage, or normal wear and tear.
  • The product has been customized, personalized, or engraved.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • The original product tag has been removed, damaged, replaced, or is missing.
  • Any authenticity certificate or complimentary accessories are missing (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may request a return if your order qualifies under this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

  • Order Number
  • Clear product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
