6 Month Warranty

At Vrindaa, we take pride in crafting premium 925 Sterling Silver jewellery with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 6 Month Warranty against manufacturing defects on all eligible jewellery purchased from vrindaajewelry.in.


What is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Manufacturing defects in the jewellery.
  • Defective clasp or lock mechanisms.
  • Loose stone caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Structural defects caused during manufacturing.
  • Rhodium plating issues caused by manufacturing defects.

If your product qualifies under our warranty policy, our team will inspect it and provide a suitable solution, including repair or replacement where applicable.


What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear or improper use, including:

  • Normal scratches and everyday wear.
  • Damage caused by perfume, chemicals, cosmetics, or cleaning agents.
  • Tarnishing caused by improper care.
  • Water or moisture damage.
  • Broken chains, bent rings, or damaged jewellery due to accidental impact or mishandling.
  • Lost jewellery or missing stones caused by misuse.
  • Intentional damage or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage caused by improper storage.

How to Claim Warranty

To request a warranty claim:

  2. Mention your Order Number.
  3. Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  4. Our quality team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  5. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Repair or Replacement

Depending on the nature of the issue, Vrindaa may:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with the same item.
  • Replace it with a similar product if the original is unavailable.

The final decision will be made after our quality inspection.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers may be required to ship the product to our service location.
  • If the warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the warranty process.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Warranty claims submitted after the warranty period cannot be accepted.

  • Warranty is valid only for purchases made through vrindaajewelry.in.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
